Adult Children of Emotionally Immature Parents

As a kid, you learned to read the room, manage everyone's moods, and shrink your own needs to keep the peace. It worked back then. Now you're exhausted, you over-explain, and you feel guilty for having needs at all.

How we work together

We make sense of growing up with a parent who couldn't consistently show up. We work through the old guilt and practice setting boundaries without feeling like a bad person. You don't need your parent to change for you to heal.
